Seamless supporter Planet Ark and the Australian Circular Economy (ACE) Hub are bringing the CIRCO circular business design training to Australia. Seamless members who work for a Victorian business save nearly 50% on the three day course specifically for the clothing industry, which runs in Melbourne in November 2024.
Global best practice in circular business is being brought from the Netherlands to Australia by CIRCO, thanks to support from Sustainability Victoria through the Circular Economy Innovation Fund as part of the Circular Economy Business Innovation Centre (CEBIC).
Since launching in the Netherlands 10 years ago, CIRCO training has expanded to 18 countries and supported over 3,000 organisations and 800 design professionals with circular business tools and strategies.
CIRCO training targets the design phase of product and service development, exploring circular business model opportunities with organisations. Initially, the training is for organisations offering products to the market and to those involved in product value chains. It activates entrepreneurs and creative professionals to redesign products, services and business models to do circular business with a focus on retaining value in products that last and products that flow. Participants bring a project or idea to the workshop and get a personalised plan to transform them from the world leaders in circularity.

The three day Circular Business Design Workshop has been created specifically for the clothing industry.
